Our Guarantee

At Olsson Originals, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our bags and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your bag develops a defect within the first 30 days of normal use, we’re here to help. We’ll gladly repair it, exchange it, or offer store credit. Please note, our guarantee covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.

Return Policy

Custom Orders:

All custom bag sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to their personalized nature. However, if your custom bag develops a qualifying defect within 30 days, we will gladly repair it under our guarantee.

Non-Custom Orders:

If your non-custom bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at oohandcrafted@gmail.com with photos and details so we can assist with a repair or replacement.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags.
