At Olsson Originals, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our bags and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your bag develops a defect within the first 30 days of normal use, we’re here to help. Depending on the situation, we will offer a repair or replacement. Please note, our guarantee covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.

Processing Time

All non-custom orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
