Yes, we offer the option to fully customize your bag. Choose the design, colors, and materials to create a piece that’s uniquely yours.
To clean, just use a soft, damp cloth with a bit of mild soap (if needed) to gently wipe away any dirt. If you prefer a more natural option, baby wipes with gentle ingredients work well. Let the item air dry afterward to keep its natural texture and finish. Always avoid soaking or machine washing.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, but we’re happy to offer exchanges or repairs for any damages or defects reported within 14 business days of your order. Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
